Has anyone dealt with really high blood sugar post intense exercise. If so any tricks to bring back down. I remember someone mentioning mct oil will bring blood sugar back down ?
How high (from what to what), and are you diabetic? Post-exercise glucose spikes - within reason - are usually normal and resolve with time (a couple hours+).
mct oil won’t “bring it down”, once its in the bloodstream its just another source of energy. over time the insulin sensitivity of your skeletal muscle will improve,and those blood sugar numbers should improve with it.
Improved insulin sensitivity will be the way to bring it down. You should see improvements over time like @Jason_v mentioned.
