Hey everyone! I’ve been doing keto on and off for 4 years now, for about 3-4 months each year. I always fall off the band wagon - usually because Thanksgiving/Christmas derail me OR I reach my goal weight and then go back to eating garbage.
Well, I’m back. My husband is joining me as he usually does. I’m starting at 5’2" - 143 lbs. I would like to be below 130 lbs, but I know the scale is not the be-all end-all. I am SO looking forward to better quality sleep, more energy, and a clearer mind.
I moved across the country with my husband and now have a new job with a 1 hour commute. That was how I found 2 keto dudes in the first place! TGFPodcasts.
