Hi everyone! I have been doing keto and IF off and on for almost a year.
I wanted to lose the last few pounds as well as seeing how it affects my energy levels.
I have come back to keto now two weeks ago after a two month holiday slip.
I also had the worst flu I have ever had several weeks after stoping keto. I wonder if there is a connection.
I am very glad to be back on and enjoy listening to the podcast.
Btw I am now back where I was weight wise a year ago but am not focusing on that now.
Carb addicition is my main foe.
Looking forward to contributing and learning.
