Your body is telling you that it needs something. It could be energy if you are still becoming fat adapted, which says that you should eat more fat (there are good suggestions in this thread) until you are better able to access your own body fat. It could take weeks or months if you are just starting out.

If it’s nutrients you need, have more eggs or another steak, or if you can, some organ meat like beef liver.

Have every bite of your meal with a dub of butter, Soak your scrambled eggs in ghee, butter or lard.
Have a handful of macadamia nuts with your meal.
Don’t be a slave to numbers, relax, eat big then take a break from eating.
You can cook with Olive oil but how much of that olive oil is getting into your belly?
