Here's a silly one!

Since starting KETO have have noticed that my fingers have become more nimble and flexible, and stronger while playing classical guitar. I can move them more easily one past the other as they are less pudgy!

Of course according to my non-KETO guitar teacher it’s all because of the scales he has me play every day.

I’m thinking that in addition to those nice slim fingers - keto is naturally anti-inflammatory and as such you may be experiencing improvements on muscle dexterity, strength and exercise tolerance (regardless of the muscles involved). Also - keto improves mental concentration and that would translate to better playing. Just saying/pondering…Keep on strum’n!:grinning:

This is true too. My fingers are quite short (I’'m not really built for guitar playing!) but I have also been able to do longer stretches, spanning more frets with more fingers engaged, meaning the muscles that move my fingers and the connecting tissue are more flexible.

Going without any grains while eating keto/lchf has done this for me. I don’t play an instrument, but if I do have too many starchy based carbs (brown rice, WWheat, etc.) I notice the stiffening happens right away while I type. A good motivator for me to stay the heck away from any grains.
