Help topic - silverside

So I seared 1.5Kg of silverside (no idea the USA equivalent) placed in slow cooker with veg and bone beef stock, low for 10hrs. Came out dry did I go too long or not long enough?

Admins can we have a help food section?

No help… but I believe the US equivalent is a rump roast
