Dear 8lb 6oz Sweet Baby Jesus…
I fasted all day yesterday (aside from a BPC) and went to happy hour around 7pm. I ate 100% keto, it was a Brazilian Steakhouse and we add all appetizers - Caesar salad, lamb, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, etc…but we had SO much red wine. I had to look at the receipt to figure out how many we had - 4 glasses each, and they were not small pours.
Woke up to a killer hangover. Also, it’s 6am and I can’t sleep anymore. Ugh.
2 questions…1) Aside from water, any advice dealing with a hangover on keto? 2) How do I get back into ketosis quickly? I was planning on fat fasting but would love advice. I don’t think I’m fully fat adapted yet - for reference.
