Hi everyone. My name is Krista and I have been eating Keto for 100 days roughly 3 months now. My first week or so was tough with feeling lethargic and just not motivated to changing my macros and I started seeing progress. We bought a new scale also and began tracking body fat and muscle mass(well according to the scale) loosely. I began to see a slow drop in BF and minimal change in muscle mass. Now, knowing this, I am a female so I know my body weight fluctuates daily and I’m in the gym 5-6 days a week…I teach a high cardio class 2 days a week and I crossfit at least 2 days a week and work in whatever I can the other days. I’m 5 ft 7 and weigh bat 150-153. I would like to be about 145. I have thickness in my belly(inches) I still want to lose but I can’t seem to shake these inches. My weight keeps fluctuating and I’m seeing my muscle mass fluctuate as well. I’m getting very frustrated because of all the eating plans I have tried, I have followed this very good considering I love my carbs and sweets. Now, with that being said, I’ve recently had this craving for Peanut Butter and have been tracking my spoonfuls… I’ve even made peanut butter, chocolate cups to help with this craving. Maybe this craving has aided in my stall and fluctuation?? Anyway, the reason for this post is I need help and encouragement… Do I need to change my macros again? Am I starving my body and need to eat more food?? Thoughts? Thanks

How many spoonfuls? ( tbsp or tsp )
PB tends to higher in carbs
What type of chocolate ?
Squares, cacao or cocoa powder

This more importantly
What’s do your current marcros look like?
Are you at 20g of carbs?
Have you tried fasting yet?

I’m not to sure on the accuracy of scales these days…others may know more or chime in

I just go by my cloths and belt… No scale
