I just discovered this forum, but have been playing with keto and IF for about months … I have been on a lllooonnngggg journey of discovery and experimentation, and after recently reading Dr. Mercola’s latest book, Fat As Fuel, I feel I’ve finally found the TRUTH. My main emphasis is on heart health and reversing plaque buildup, but I believe that the overall wellness that keto/IF brings about will take care of that as a side effect.
I will share more details of my journey in another post under a different subject heading soon, but for now I just want to say how happy I am to be a part of this group, and that I’m looking forward to getting to know you all as we share our victories and challenges… NAMASTE!!
