hello hun I have an app called cronometer it’s amazing but if you down load it make sure you change the settings to high fat for keto I eat one meal a day so make sure I’m with in my macros and that’s how I lost weight at first I lost alot of water hope this helps
Wow! This is great. I am new to the forum and just joined a few minutes ago. I have been on keto for 3-4 months and have lost about 35lbs. Since past 3 days I have gone into the 1 meal a day food plan. I have also been prediabetic for a while with high cholestrol, hypothyroidism, elevated liver enzymes, hormonal imbalance and GERD issues. 2 weeks ago a comprehensive bloodwork showed all my numbers in the normal range. But the best part of keto is I do not feel hungry which I feel helps me to make better decision with my food. Its great to be part of this forum/community.
I am new too. I have been low carbing for 5 weeks and average losing 1 lb per week, but if I can sustain losing 1 lb a week I will be happy with that, as I would then reach my goal by end of year…I iam now Ketoing, as in 20 grams, and hope it will speed up loss. Good luck with your ongoing journey. You have done amazingly well.
you do what suits you hun I went straight into one meal a day as that suited me with running a house if five home schooling 3 kiddies one meal a day once there in bed us easier for me I get hungry some times but if I do I have a stock beef stock I like nom nom lol

Thank you I guess tracking is key I’ve been going back and fourth the same few pounds I know I need to track I just really find it would be hard to weigh and measure everything I will definitely give it a shot .
Welcome Amanda, and great results. I’ve been doing Keto for just over 9 weeks and a bit over 40lbs. down presently. I too OMAD, (one meal a day) and have been mostly since starting.
