Hello from Guam

New to the forum but I have been doing Keto for the last 5 months, started early August and am down 59 pounds. Looking forward to dialing it in more and insight.

Just curious, are there any standard keto foods that are hard to find in Guam?

For the most part, just about everything is readily available here. Being an island in the middle of the Pacific there are some issues I’ve encountered. Everything is shipped in and sometimes that means if a store runs out of stock you have to wait a few days for the next cargo ship to come in. Also prices are a little high, highly perishable items are air freighted in which drives the price up even more so. A lot of stuff like latanko sugar substitute, I order from Amazon, so some extra planning is required over the usual. The culture here is very food centric, we love to eat and people can get offended when you don’t eat which can make staying on track a little awkward at times. Overall though I haven’t had any real problems sourcing what I need other than the small hiccups mentioned.
