Hello from Germany

I looked and saw no Germans so I just want to say “Hello from Germany”

I started about 4 weeks ago being introduced by my beloved Groversaurus and am having the time of my life. I love to listen to the Podcast of the 2 Keto Dudes.

I have been overweight since I was a Teenager, always fighting my weight but only getting worse and worse, suffering from depressions and anxieties, Feeling low and drained all the time and also very hungry.

Since April 05th 2017 I lost about 6,5 kg and am feeling very good and energetic. I am excited to learn more and get to know you guys :slight_smile:

I so will! David @Groversaurus told me that you guys are very so nice and helpful after I gave up on Forums (the German Forums seem to have a bit of a exhaustingly lecturing touch- at least the once I found) I love to read all this and see all the help and good laughs.

the first bearkfast was good… I think it was about the 5th where I had my hissyfit and called you and Bacon all sorts of names :triumph: but there you are, my patient man :heart_eyes: you took it nicely and now I feel so much better (and so will you eventually so it was all just for your own good :joy: )

So cool to have more germans in here! Where are you from? I’m from a small town, even in Germany most people won’t know. But it’s around Stuttgart.

A big welcome to you - I am so glad you made it here.

I know for a fact that @Groversaurus is extremely proud of you because he has been singing your praises and saying just how well you have been doing. Sounds like you have taken to keto really well which is fab. I can tell you from my experience that it has been the best thing for helping my depression and migraines. There are plenty of other things too but these are the things that are key for me and the biggest motivators for staying keto for life.

I look forward to getting to know you better. Please ask away and share whatever you like. This is a wonderful community and you wont get lectured here!

Whoever said that must’ve been from here :blush:. No, I really like it, but it’s my home, how could I not.

Actually quite a few of my family regularly go to the north eastern coast for vacation! The beaches :wink:, no… nothing nude, but the cool ocean and the fresh air… definitely has something about it.

How has grocery shopping been so far, any top tips? I’m always looking to find new things and was quite surprised when I finally found the shelf where the pork rinds hide (only took me about 4 months…).

You found pork rinds? I so want them :joy::joy: where did you get them? I found Lizza- a low carb Pizza (it was on “Die Höhle der Löwen”) I ordered some and will let you know if its worth spending 19,90€ on 8 pizza bases :joy::joy::joy:
