It won’t be this rate. It’s pretty much impossible to lose this much non-water this quickly - unless one does some extreme activity but that results in extreme quick muscle loss too and obviously it’s not sustainable… People doing a complete fast may experience this weight-loss but some of it comes back even then. As far as I know. There are too many factors, maybe it’s not true for everyone.

Even so, if much of this loss is water, it’s still very quick! And it’s just the weight-loss… There are other benefits. I only got fat adaptation and new recipes, some experiments from mere keto but those were nice too and I needed keto to go further eventually.

It’s still going great! I’ve dropped 6 more pounds since my last post and I’m officially down 20 pounds! I haven’t been this weight since 2012! I still have 5 hours left on my fast so I should be 259 by noon today.

Two days ago, I was at a competition with my son and didn’t eat until 1PM. I had a Longhorn Steakhouse T-bone steak with veggies for lunch and that was all I ate until lunch the next day. I ate a bunless Red Robin royal burger with broccoli for lunch yesterday and a salmon fillet with veggies at Texas Roadhouse for dinner.

I’m not snacking and I’m not having cravings. Things seem to be working well. I can’t wait to drop another 10!

Tony.

Just think Tony, the difference is even greater when you consider, with a poor diet, we pile more fat on!
Brilliant and really exciting :grinning:
