Hello! First post, introduction

Hello! Just introducing myself. Decided to join and stop lurking. :slight_smile: This is my second time on keto, this time on my doc’s recommendation. I saw him in December about work stress, depression, and a fear that my drinking was becoming too regular. Quit the sauce and the carbs mid-December, and have gone from 156 lbs to 135, 5’7" woman, pushing 40. I plateau’d a little while after 10 or so lbs and fat-fasted for 3 days, got back on track. Also realized that when I’d run out of almond or coconut milk with coffee (and mct oil), I just used milk. Just noticed the other day that milk has 12 carbs! I never thought to look because other dairy is so low carb most of the time. (I always check.)

Now I am quitting my e-cig, just to be free of all the nonsense, and I just read about nicotine and blood sugar. Day one today.

I do like the organic HWC to get in my fat count. Watch out for carriageenan though.
