Hello fello Keto’s 
I need some advice from you pros. I started Keto January 2nd after much research. I dabbled before but I’m 100% committed now.
I’ve lost one pound.
I have my macros set at 60/35/5. I’ve been really good at hitting my fat and staying under on my net carbs. I’m struggling with my protein lately.
I have a Bullet Proof coffee every AM and I IF.
What is going on here?
