Hi everyone’s
I am new to this and started this as a recommendation when trying to figure out low T problems. As I began researching Low T I came across IF and this was tied to Keto. My therapist also reccommended Keto but not fasting. I do IF between 12-18 hours. Since I have been doing Keto one thing I noticed is depression is almost non existent, arthritis and tendinitis have calmed, and feeling lethargic is going away. When I began researching Keto, I found the 2 Keto Dudes podcast and I am hooked. I have not felt this good in such a long time. I know I’m new but I’m glad to be here and I am enjoying the affects of this lifestyle. I was told I was prediabetic and and overweight. Being overweight is something I struggled with all my life. I did calories and noticed when ever I went over 1800 I would gain weight. I was running 25-30 miles a week and could not lose weight. Finally hurt my back and stopped everything and ballooned right back up. While it’s early with Keto, I already see a change, not just in health but life also!
