Heart Rate and Keto/Fat adaption

I have talked about HR, the FASTER study etc so today I went for on a Sportive. The time was not too great because of the wind for half of it but have a look at this.

Now this is interesting as I never felt like bonking and this was done fasted, so I ask the obvious questions just how far can I push it ? to ride 4 and half hours mainly at Tempo and above (only went below on declines) …

Any thoughts bearing in mind I train at MAF ??

and this morning felt great and woke up fine and not sore, says it all because other carb burners with the same HR profiles would now be suffering
