I’ve been keto since October 2017 and just recently tried exogenous ketones. I have the keto base in chocolate sea salt from Perfect Keto. I’ve noticed that whenever I drink it, I get a headache, sometimes slight, sometimes more severe. Does anyone know why I’m getting these headaches or what I could do about it? I really don’t want to stop taking the ketones because I think they are helping with appetite suppression.

Well, you’ve precluded the obvious suggestion, but there are a number of threads on the value of exogenous ketones. If you search the forums, you will see a lot of posts. You may find the answer to your question already available on the forums.

I know of another way to suppress appetite- eat lots of fat. To satiety.
Cheaper and real food too
