I became convinced that insulin is the problem and since sweet taste stimulates insulin, I gave up my 3 protein bar a day habit and am focusing on more animal products between meals. My headache that went away is back! So weird… Doing well with hydration and electrolytes btw.

Yep, makes sense. Ever lower insulin will allow your kidneys to not hold onto water and salt even more.
I’d keep taking salt until it doesn’t taste good anymore and then only salt to taste.
