hbA1c July and November of 2017

Lab test in July of 2017, two weeks before I dail IF fasting: hbA1c of 5.9. Recent lab test on Nov. 30 before I began keto diet, 5.5. In a few months I will re-test for the hbA1c.Should be interesting.

Just had my blood draw today. Looking forward to seeing my A1C Number, which should be significantly better then 6.5

7.3 in April.

5.7 in August.

6.1. in December, three days ago. :neutral_face: And this is with a 10 day fast in late November and early December. It’s also after a Thanksgiving week where I ate a lot of carbohydrates, and the entire post-August period was more off-and-on Keto than it should have been.
