Have I been kicked out

#1

Hi, first post, stated Keto in January 2018, everything been ok, last three days have been working from home due to injured hand, during these days I have been snacking on nuts and last night after my dinner I had 5 raspberries and 5 blueberries togheter with Greek yogurt and double cream, woke up 4am with headache took a blood test this morning, the test showed 0.2 mmol/L, a week ago it was 2.5. What is the best way forward eat lots of fat, fasting or ingnoring it continue as normal and retake the test later today?

Thank you

Forget about it… No harm done! Get out the bacon and eggs and KCKO.

KCKO
Foods that kick me out… Full 8 oz yogurt with berries. Nuts, more than 10. Who eats 10? I tried this on the advice of my nutritionist, who really doesn’t !ike or want me on keto. Did it one week. Weight up and dumped me out. Eggs, butter, bacon, greens, little cheese. This will work better for keto. Yes berries, a few

It can take months to fat adapt, depending on history and physiology. Some folks can’t do much in the way of berries or nuts (other than macadamia, but some folks even those) for a few months. Same for yogurt. Relax and go to B&E, cream cheese, non starchy veggies, tuna salad with mayonnaise, olives etc. You’ll be back on track in no time.

What they said! No biggie, KCKO and I hope your hand is better! I think bumping things with the injured paw is almost worst than the original injury - it’s always getting bonked! :exploding_head:
