Anyone know where I can find hard mozzarella? I’ve been using the store bought grated but that’s got potato starch, want to see if there’s much difference in flavour.

Not sure if it is what you are after but it doesn’t come in water so it is more solid not squishy like the usual stuff…

Tesco have it. It comes in a block similar to halloumi and I think it is called pizza mozzarella.
It was a big Tesco superstore.

Hey Hey Tesco have nice Pizza Mozzarella not hard but firm good on fathead pizza
