Today, and everyday, I’m thankful for the new found knowledge I have of how food affects my health, and the longevity I now believe I have, eating a ketogenic diet.
Cheers to that! I am very thankful for my newly rediscovered energy, my greatly reduced inflammation, my greater patience and having found a place where strangers are met with the open arms of so many beautiful people. For me, there is no other place where thanks and giving are witnessed more than it is witnessed here.
Happy Thanksgiving! Besides being thankful for all the personal things for which I am thankful. I am thankful for this forum and all its members. I feel like I would enjoying knowing each and every one of you in person.

To echo @VirginiaEdie and @CarlKeller, I’m very thankful for finding and knowing this group.
This is such an amazing place! The success stories here are mind-blowing - such a small percentage of people ever achieve the health improvements we routinely see in the public and members-only forums. It’s easy to say, “oh, look, this guy lost a hundred pounds, too” and not think of how rare that is in the outside world.
For someone with absolutely zero social skills, I may not post or interact much but it’s still a place I visit almost every day.
ahh Darren, you are definitely one of those beautiful people. You were one of the first to reply to me as if I were an old friend. Thanks for being you man! 
So true Bob. Coming here, I’ve better learned how to experience joy just from reading about the success of others. Prior to starting keto and coming here, my faith in humanity was fractured at best. Now… I have hope.

I am grateful for so many benefits of the ketogenic diet, but most especially for the fact that I am no longer-prediabetic. The weight loss,too, of course, but the normal metabolism is a priceless gift.

I’m thankful for so many things but I’ll mention that I’m really grateful for learning about the keto way of eating and for all the knowledge shared here so freely.
