Cindy, I am so happy for all your success. 100 pounds in a year is certainly a goal to shoot for, but please don’t be disappointed if your body chooses to burn it’s fat at a slower speed. Since Christmas, I have lost 32 pounds, and I’m hoping to lose another 30 by 2018. I am hoping my new habits and resulting better health will rub off on my adult children. Welcome to this forum.
