Are green superfood powders considered keto compliant? Are they good for you?

How about single ingredient powders of spirulina and chlorella?

4g total, 2g net of carbs per scoop.
My concerns would be:
1- grass… you’re not a ruminant, so I dunno how well you’re going to absorb nutrients from it. I don’t know, but it’s something I’d google.
2- EFA: Flax conversion, at peak, is like maybe 20% from ALA (what’s in Flax) to EPA and DHA. You want, according to my research, between 2 and 5 g a day of combined EPA and DHA, so 668g of Flax/Apple Pectin ain’t getting you anything useful.
3- not sure how alive the probiotics are. I’d want something more dedicated for that.
4- I dunno that’s how I want to get my antioxidants. Better through whole foods.
I use one in my fatty protein shakes, seems fine. Don’t know if I’m getting any benefits but it’s not doing any harm. I also have spirulina on its own but keep forgetting to use it…
