Oh how I wish that I had a green egg. They are the best! My neighbor got a large one at the flea market for $50 and I was so envious. I never have such luck.

How is your Egg performing? Got a pizza stone yet?
My mini Egg gets lots of cooking time. I use a mapp gas torch to get her going and it’s up and running in minutes, perfect for a quick cook. It’s amazing how much food you can get on that little grill. I can roll St. Louis style ribs up into a ball and smoke 3 racks.
