Got my splits back!

Back when I was lifting and climbing mountains, I regularly did the splits as part of my stretching routine. I executed both forward and side splits effortlessly while sitting on the floor. I was bendy as hell while climbing. When I got sick, it got harder and harder to pull this off until I finally had to stop from the pain.

Today, I did them all again. It was glorious. My joints feel so much better on keto. Can’t wait to get back on the mountain!
