Good excersise for keto

I am thinking in hitting a platue because the last couple weeks my weight hasn’t really budged . I would like to at least lose 15 more pounds. I don’t excersise at all and am wondering what kind of excersise I should do to maybe break this platue , would walking or jogging help? I don’t want to do too much where I mess up the MR

Exercise does not wreck your MR. Calorie restriction does.
Exercise is not the go-to for fat loss either, even though it has all kinds of benefits for your health, fat loss is not one of them.
Plateau breaking is probably best left to the realm of KCKO in conjunction with KCFO :grinning:
