I lucked into the YUMMIEST farm fresh eggs. Any advice on the best uses for delicious eggs? I am thinking poaching with possible hollandaise? Or would that ruin their simplicity?

Poached with hollandaise is perfect, but I’d also do s couple just sunnysidenup cooked in butter or bacon nectar. The difference between the flavor in the yoke of a farm fresh egg and a grocery store egg is huge. I’m hooked, and can’t go back now

Poached w some hollandaise sounds great to me!!

As long as it’s on a cuddly bed of pork rinds😉

Add your favorite meat…hint…bacon
Pork rinds, bacon, eggs, hollandaise

Then You will have my FAVORITE ” KETO eggs benedict ”
