I’m Pork Rind/ Crackling/whateveryouwantocallthem obsessed and no one - NO ONE - makes pork rinds better than UTZ. Holy crap they are G-O-O-D GOOD! The only better ones I’ve had were at a street fair where they were frying them fresh. DANG, they’re guuuud!

#5

I love the ones with a cheddar taste!

#6

UTZ makes everything the best. Unless something changed they’re also the only ones that still use real cheese on their cheese stuff.

Another Option
Seasonings to the above to get a “cheese flavor-ish”
Using nutritional yeast

As a Baltimore girl, I do love Utz. BUT I think Mac’s pork rinds are the GOAT, especially the red hot  I need to try the golden cracklings!

(You've tried everything else; why not try bacon?) #9

My favourite is whatever my supermarket happens to have in stock. Utz is sometimes available, sometimes Goya, and sometimes something called Country Farms. I buy what they have.

Here in the UK the best ones available are from
https://awfullyposh.co.uk/
because no-one adds anything nasty to the recipe.

Still waiting for a Jew/Muslim-friendly non-pork version. Chicken rinds, anyone? Chicken crackling in a chip packet? Couldn’t find it in living in the US despite searching pretty hard. Here in Australia where I’m pandemicking, I can’t imagine where I’d find anything like this…

(Oh and by the way, REALLY missing having Rebel ice cream at the local market in Manhattan (which I got them to stock!) and also a steady supply of allulose from Amazon. I don’t think Rebel is in Oz, and allulose is not approved in Australia. Anyone who knows of a non-dodgy source for either, especially allulose, pls do let me know!)
