I know there are a few threads on this already, but decided to make yet another one. Anyone have any stories on their egg fasts and usual results?
I’m not going to give it too much thought as far as coming up with cool and creative recipes, just 7-8 eggs, either fried or scrambled with a little cheese, maybe an avocado on the side, and sticking with my OMAD routine.

. I spent a few months on the IDM community and Megan Ramos always talk about a ‘fat fast’ like bacon and eggs. She recommended these leading up to extended fasts or coming off a high carb vacation or something.
