Going number 2

Hehe neither are most of us, but we often give medical advice, hahahaha.

Although, we do have a couple of doctors on the forum, and definitely a LOT of nurses.

It’s worth remembering that all we can do is to offer suggestions based on our experience or our understanding of the issues. Only a fool would take what some random stranger on the Internet says as Gospel.

Granted, we often do know what we are talking about, and the Ketogenic Forums represent a vast reservoir of experience, but still. That’s why we always try to back up our assertions with evidence, and to provide people with resources so they can check things out on their own.

I agree Paul, I was being a bit tongue in cheek with my comment =). I think it is great that we share what has worked for us, or our personal experiences and that the people can try the regular things but if it is a significant issue that they seek medical advice; as I have also seen you recommend at various times for people to do =).

Sorry! I should have made it clear that I was riffing on the phrase, not criticising your post.
