I am on week three of my new lifestyle and I cant believe these results. I’ve gone from 256 down to 236 in 16 days which is mind blowing, especially since I am a female. I usually never stick to something even when I do see results because I always self sabotage. Food was a constant crutch I used to soothe my emotions. I recently went to my doctor and my blood test results came back normal which made me teary…I was so worried that the way I was eating before would have made me a diabetic, as I’ve been pre-diabetic ever since I was a child.
For anyone who reads this and is wondering if they can or should do it just dive right in!! This way of eating has changed my relationship with food. I no longer live to eat, I eat to live! This forum has been a god send for me. Your body will heal itself, and you will feel the best you’ll ever feel. If little ole me can do it so can you!!!
