Giving Credibility to Fung's Diabetes Code

I’ve done well with KETO/IF/EF when I stick to it. Yet lately my efforts have got my mother’s attention and she’s going to give Dr. Fung’s book a look. She’s a T2 diabetic on metaformin only but struggling to get where she wants with her weight and how she feels. I front-loaded the conversation but explaining the book has a lot of science in but that her doctor might appreciate that. He at least advised her to go low carb when she was diagnosed. Since she’s willing to give Keto/IF a look I call that a NSV from my results.
