Getting Stronger

Today I did it…ONE TIME, but I did it…170# deadlift with excellent form & a trainer watching over me! The rest of my reps were at 165#. I just can’t believe it, I really surprised myself! :smile:

I am still getting stronger. I did have to deload my squat & deadlift due to injury flare up and a pulled muscle that didn’t want to heal. I am doing much better and I have my deadlift back to 190# and my squat is climbing again and I am at 165#. I left my bent over barbell row, over head press and bench press to continue it’s progress.

I have added single leg deadlifts on my non-deadlift day and hip thrusts to my deadlift day. It is helping me quite a bit.

What change ups have you done if any to help get ya stronger?
