Getting over the mental hump!

Hey guys… SUPER NEWBIE here, been listening to two Keto dudes for the past few months from episode one. I have been doing IF for 2.5 months, for about 1 month I have been trying to go Keto, and I find I have no problems eating Keto meals as I am a decent cook. But my ride home from work man I find myself stopping for fast food with one excuse or another.

Most recently I believed I just needed to snack on my way home. So I brought a hunk of cheese to snack on, then after I went shopping I came out and found myself getting Wendy’s.

I’m going to make this work, that’s why I’m here, for sage advice on how to kick this addiction to pick up food.

Wendy’s is fine. Baconator no bun. Better yet, get 2.

It will get better. But meanwhile at Wendy’s, if you get a cheeseburger, toss the bun and make sure of what’s in the sauce.

Put on your big girl panties, get MAD at those assholes who sell all the addictive stuff, ALWAYS have keto food on hand, and go a different route through residential neighborhoods if you have to. BE RESOLUTE. And ALWAYS VIGILANT. The cravings will subside quicker than you think. By week 3 of clean eating, you will have control over what goes in your mouth.

… and ask them for a bunch of BIG lettuce leaves to put around it. But really, I’d stay away from the drive-thrus until you have control.
