Seriously, I couldn’t afford bacon if I bought it in the 1 lb pre sliced packages. I’d eat pretty close to a 1 lb package of slices, every time I ate bacon !
That’s why I posted about the bacon ends and pieces. I’m getting 3 lb packages for litterally half the price per pound. And one of those is like 4, maybe 5 serving if I’m going light…

Well nowadays at the Walmart family market… But I’ve been getting ends and pieces for 35 years, everywhere I’ve shopped in Nor Cal… Probably a dozen different places in that time. Always substantially cheaper than strips…
