First attempt at Garlic Pizza being from NY and now I’m NC I get weird looks when asking for it so I thought I will just make it myself

The base is melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan cheese no pizza sauce

The crust is so versatile I made empanadas with it as well and they were a big hit probably to good to make often

One of my favorite pizzas pre-keto had ricotta as the “sauce”. It was garlicky and good and I miss it. I should try a fathead version of it sometime. Thanks for posting this.

Sounds really good - I may try that on half a side next time.

Which crust recipe did you use - fathead? That is my fav so far. I thought about using it for calzones.

I haven’t tried the fathead I haven’t been able to find xantham gum and well not to mention I am not the best at anything to difficult. It’s only 4 ingredients Cream cheese , Mozzarella cheese 1 egg and Almond Flour .

Fat head doesn’t use xanthum gum - just the ingredients you listed plus garlic salt.

I like recipes with simple ingredients since that is all I can get here in rural Arkansas! Or hit the fancy groceries when I am traveling on business.
