This seem to good to be true.
Very similar texture to couscous. Cooked up super easy in 4 minutes.
1/2 a cup was a good portion size for a side, two servings worth per the nutrition label. 28 grams of carbs but 24 grams of fiber, 24g protein, 5g fat. I increased the actual fat with evoo and! some butter in the pot while cooking.
