Gained lean mass again!

Really great news Brenda. Thanks for leading the way for so many of us. I just realized today is my two year ketoversary, and about 6 months in I found the 2ketodudes and all the other amazing people here like yourself.

Google Dexa scan, there are chains of places that do them. And as Brenda mentioned, check groupon for deals. Where I am they are about $100, and you can get add on stuff, or an additional person getting one with you and it is all under $200.

I’m in a smallish town in Queensland, Australia and the other day I was gobsmacked to see a DEXA2U mobile setup.

Well, I signed up for a DEXA scan; earliest I could do it is in ~2.5 weeks. Got the $45 rate for it!
