Just bought a fry daddy and deep fried wings and broccoli in avocado oil tossed in Franks and served with Marie’s blue cheese. Highly recommended and best 21 bucks spent on amazon!
Fry Daddy
We have one - my husband makes chicken tenders for himself and the kids. Uses coconut oil. Still working on keto breading. He will probably try pork rinds next.
How does that work in a fry daddy? Can you let it cool & then store it till next time & heat up & use again?
We never re-use oil, I am just iffy about saving it when it’s been used for meat. Actually we did save it one time when we had used it for french fries or cheese curds or something. I can’t remember if we did the liquid coconut oil or the solid the time we saved it, but most of the time we use the solid coconut oil, which liquifies when it heats up in the fryer.
I misread your post, but it reminded me of famous jersey franks, all beef, hot dogs deep fried until crispy or better yet, crispy and split open…yum!
