So I’m just curious as to weather anyone eats any fruit on here and if so what ones?

Very rarely. A few berries occasionally

Berries on occasion. Other fruit when I feel like it, which is rare due to no sugar cravings with keto.

Berries, just a few, on occasion. On salad with steak last night. Maybe 10 blueberries.

I add sliced black berries to my crepes, they are lower carb/sugars than others.

Mostly berries. More of a condiment than a food group.

Blueberries and heavy cream are very tasty. On the increasingly rarer occasions when I really crave carbohydrate, an apple. Dr. Lustig claims that the fiber in an apple inhibits the rate of absorption of the fructose in the apple to something the liver can handle without damage, and I choose to believe him. But I don’t have an apple all that often, either.
