Fried avocado

i just made fried avocado…
just what it sounds like
avocado slices dipped in egg, almond flour, and then pan fried in oil (i used avocado oil)

verdict…i am not a fan but you might be

true true but…i think it’s the avocado being hot and the flavor change that i didn’t like…
i’m full as bleep and i didn’t even eat it all lol
