I have been keto since January 2nd 2018. Lost over 20 pounds, and I no longer take any metformin. I anticicpate a very pleasing A1C in about another month. I also started bicycling the 3.5 miles to work every day. A total of 7 miles per day equals almost an hours worth of free exercise daily. Feel great, and the bike ride home makes my pool really nice when i get home. A few laps in the pool and I feel supercharged.
