Free excercise

I have been keto since January 2nd 2018. Lost over 20 pounds, and I no longer take any metformin. I anticicpate a very pleasing A1C in about another month. I also started bicycling the 3.5 miles to work every day. A total of 7 miles per day equals almost an hours worth of free exercise daily. Feel great, and the bike ride home makes my pool really nice when i get home. A few laps in the pool and I feel supercharged.

I had a similar ride to work when I was a teenager. I remember the first time I did it, I thought I was gonna die. But after a few days, it got way easier and it was invigorating to make the ride.

Whether it does anything for weight loss at all, exercise is still good for us. We’re designed to move.
