For successful weight loss dieting, check blood sugar and insulin
I’m not all that optimistic just yet. For one thing, the paper’s other articles, linked to at the end of this one, are all promoting a HCLF diet, with explicit recommendations against eating red meat. Long way to go before they catch up with the science, in my view.
@PaulL I agree but a curve in the road is small steps toward advice to the better. I don’t belive the system will change overnight. Baby steps are still progress perhaps.

And I am a wish full thinker. But when you shout it from the mountain top folks seem to stop listening.
So, when they say you will see a dramatic rise in blood sugar, how many points would be considered a dramatic rise. Mine went from 81 to 107, would this count?
