I have been doing keto since Aug 20 and down 25 lbs. Since starting keto I have developed an terrible reaction to eggs avacodo and mct oil?? These foods never bothered me before keto. I will also add I can eat eggs cooked in things, mug cake ect with no problem? Anyone experience any like this. I will also say I have stalled in my wieght loss last 3 weeks.

Yup, me and eggs had bad breakup 2 weeks into keto when it gave me diarrhea every time I ate them. Now I can have them once a month and I’m ok, but never more often.
I also get pretty rough cramps with coconut oil so I quit putting that in coffee as well.
