I have been doing low carbs since January and keto for about 6 weeks, lost 12 kg in that time. I am a dinghy sailor and have lost the weight to be competitive at the National Championships. For those of you not familiar with dinghy Sailing it isn’t some blue blazer pink gin gig. At Nationals we will be on the water for 5 or 6 hours almost constantly doing sit-ups and competing in 4 races. Food is what you grab between the races while still afloat in a 12 foot boat out at sea. In the past sandwiches, flapjacks and energy gels have been my staples
So what would people recommend and simple high energy food on a small boat. Started to go off peperami and not a fan of eggs, made some egg muffins recently and they worked but not really my type of thing. Love cream cheese, I add it to most meals as it the only way I can sufficient calories with the correct ratios
