Had to eat out at Italian restaurant. Tried to order something tasty but potentially mostly keto - shrimp parmesan. I asked for it not breaded but two shrimp in, I realized it was probably breaded. I stopped eating it but now Im concerned about getting thrown from ketosis and feeling really sick tomorrow. Want to KCKO but am concerned. Any advice?

Most restaurants post their menus on the internet. Research before you show up, and call them with questions. It’s easier than making hurried decisions and waiter or waitress not being helpful.
I find if you can get a pork belly there you’re ok I think. But it is super hard at Italian!!!
Progress not perfection mi amigo.
When i eat italian with my kids, rarely, i usually order the meatball parm entree with extra cheese and lite, quantity wize, sauce. Either that or the shrimp franches because thats battered with egg i believe and the lemon sauce usually isnt too sweet. Both meals are a bit protein heavy but better than carb heavy. Antipastas are usually pretty ok too, salad meat and cheese - go heavy on the olive oil and youre good to go.
