It’s a refillable pump it up manually kitchen appliance. And it’s toasted oil so probably not cold pressed but I use like 1/4 tsp a week maybe. It’s added at the end as an aromatic element. So I’m not concerned about it. I only use it once in a while.

I always have a few hard boiled eggs good to go. Cut one in half, put a spoonful of mayo on each (I usually make my own) and a good sprinkle of salt - keeps me going for hours.
I need to keep a readily available supply of boiled eggs until my chickens start laying again! Is commercial Mayo a no no?
Well most of its made with vegetable oils so it is really. Although I do have some hellmans for occasional use.
Usually soy oil, so not good. Lots of mayo that’s keto friendly and easy to make. There’s also some expensive pure avocado oil mayo and stuff but likely you’d need to order it online in Alaska.
Check out You Tube ‘2 minute mayo’ nothing simpler. I use a light olive oil as I find the darker ones a bit overpowering. I use lemon juice or ACV.
Yeah or perhaps 15$ a jar Kirkland bag of dog food plus 12 pack is around 58$. Ridiculous.
It was soooo good. Im gonna make more. It was so cheesy n lovely lmao

You know a great thing Im learning about Keto thru this thread? That I can actually read all your guys’ great snack ideas and love the ideas, and picture the flavors, yet I feel no urge to go run to the kitchen and swallow half the fridge.
Havent eaten since 11:30am. Had a long gym session of Stairs, weights and core work, and I have no discernable hunger cravings despite all the aforementioned, having PMS and discussing tasty stuff. I mean now thats bomb.
Primal Kitchen has good ingredients. I do like to make avocado oil mayo but I still haven’t found the right jar for my immersion blender. So when I’m lazy, I buy the Primal Kitchen avocado oil mayonnaise.
That IS awesome, and so are you!
I’m not there yet as I would love to have some fried pork rinds right now haha!
But I am glad I stumbled upon this forum.
As for mayo I still use good old Blue Plate brand with soybean oil in it. I use about 2-3 tablespoons per week total. And it’s mainly in a green salad after a 3-4 day fast. Some things — even on Keto — is a matter of portions.
I take in no other seed or vegetable oils.
I don’t really snack anymore, if I do it’s a fat bomb or a lump of coco oil in my coffee. I used to snack often, but after fasting a few times for 24 hours I seem to reset my body.
