Here’s a food list that removes common autoimmune triggers like eggs and dairy.
You have to restrict a number of foods but the nutrient profile is pretty good.
And here’s a lower carb version which will help provide more energy and stabilise blood sugars.

Most meat seems to be non-allergenic. I heard there’s a clinic in Hungary that treats people using a carnivorous diet.
